Björka

A cozy house built in 1914  carefully renovated with the older style kept. The house has four fireplaces, two which are tiled and situated at the dining room and in the bedroom downstairs. The third is an open fireplace in the living room and finally there is a traditional black iron stove in the kitchen. Added to this there are electric heater in each room, which quickly heats up the house. In front of the fireplace, it feels just right to enjoy a good glass of wine or steaming chocolate with whipped cream after a walk in the winter.

The kitchen is light colored newly made and has a  view over the By lake at the south. The cabinet conceals both microwave and dishwasher, and the basic things you need in the household such as spices and such.

The house is 160 square meter and has six rooms and a kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms have a double bed the others have two separate beds in each room. Downstairs you find a living room, one sleeping room with a double bed, a dining room and the kitchen.
On the ground floor, at the rear entrance, you also find a  newly made shower room with WC and radiant floor heating and then also an extra WC at the front entrance. New washing machine and dryer is conveniently installed at the rear entrance door.

This is a comfortable house with great charm.
Best suited for six people but it is also possible to sleep in the bedroom on the ground floor.
The front view is overlooking fields with horses and cows and towards the By lake at the south. At the back you have an ancient forest, covered with thick green moss.
Plenty of mushrooms and blueberries in the fall.
